If you wish to cancel your order should be cancelled within 7 business days (Mon-Sat)(10:00am – 7:00pm).
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, we are not offering any guarantee or warranty on products in the following cases :
1) For Rubber stamps if the sent refilled ink stamp does not match with the one we sent.We will Resend it.
2) We do not accept returns on Stamp machinery any ink spilled or marks on it.If you want to have a look of machinery you can go through the images of the machinery which matches with the real one.
3) Please check your address or Mobile number etc thoroughly while placing order. If your written address for delivery was mistaken. We can’t warranty for it. In case of any mistake kindly contact our customer support or drop an e-mail within 24 hrs working hours.
Since customized products are made on order, these products cannot be returned or exchanged. If in case the ordered stamp refill ink does not match your order or any mismatch with the placed order. Please contact our customer support. For returns, please email our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card/Debit card.
You will receive the credit within seven business days to process your refund , depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Return shipping charges has to be bear by the customer.
